This is an entry-level emergency medical provider course that prepares individuals who intend to pursue training in a variety of industrial and pre-hospital settings.

The EMR course is designed to provide students with basic knowledge and skills to manage many medical and trauma-related emergencies. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates are eligible to seek state certification as an EMR through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and the Division of Public Health and Safety of the State of Colorado.

Cost: $30 textbook deposit
Location: St. Anthony Hospital, Lakewood, CO
Prerequisite: Healthcare Provider CPR-BLS
Certification: Must pass the NREMT certification exam
